Basis
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is AG’s main team that is performs highly competitively both online and local. AG has the largest and most competitive gaming in North Carolina that has already won 4 tournaments in the first two months after the release of CoD MW 2. As for an online front, we are committed to providing the best online experience for our online team members through weekly team practices and a steady experience with no pressure through GameBattles. However, those online members are able to be proud that they are the online front of the largest local team on the east coast. Our main sponsor, GameFrog LAN Center in Durham, NC, is dedicated to working with us to insure that we have plenty of local tournament to attend the in area and with assistance financially. Alongside of GameFrog, our local team plans to gain more local tournament wins as well as host special CoD MW 2 LAN events. Meanwhile AG CoD MW 2 Staff members are continuing to develop our member base across the world to help shape our clan into one of the largest and most professional gaming teams in the country.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Division Rules
Currently, our CoD MW 2 Division has the greatest number of competitive team members than any of our other divisions. Therefore, in order to maintain a competitive atmosphere full of respect for other members, devotion to team work, and where all members are always fully representing AG to help contribute to clan development, this division operates under a strict set of guidelines and rules. These guidelines and rules should not be looked at something that will alter you fun gaming experiencing on CoD MW 2 with AG, but rather that these guidelines and rules will help our competitive team win more tournaments through better team practices along with better overall respect for other AG team members.
Below are the rules for the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Division which both the competitive local and online members are required to follow at all times. All AG Staff members, particularly those who hold positions within the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Division, will be enforcing these rules on a daily basis and we encourage other division members to contact an AG Staff member within that division if they come across another division member who is breaking the rules especially if it affects them personally. Those members who at anytime break a rule will be reprimanded with a strike given by an AG Staff member. Once a local competitive member receives their third strike, they will be removed from competing in any competitive events for AG until AG Staff members sees a significant improvement in their behavior. On the other hand, once an online only competitive member receives three strikes, they will no longer be able to participate in AG GameBattles nor be considered to be placed on the AG GameBattles team if they are currently preparing to do so and therefore will be removed from the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 division, but will still be allowed to be a part of AG by dropping down to a basic worldwide community member. Any strikes given by an AG Staff member are final, although the member who legitimately believes that they should not have received a strike may present their case to either the head of the local member base (AG Tha Boss) or the head of the online member base (AG Jackdaripper) depending on what section of the CoD MW 2 division that individual member is located. Please note that AG Staff members cannot give other AG Staff members strikes; however AG Jackdaripper and AG Tha Boss can give other AG Staff members under them strikes. An AG Staff member who receives three strikes in one month by AG Jackdaripper and AG Tha Boss will lose their position as an AG Staff member as a consequence for their actions.
· Division members must respect anyone else involved in the AG community either competitively or casually at all times.
· All division members must setup their classes according to MLG GameBattles restriction rules including the restriction of the Riot Shield for all AG private matches hosted by any AG Staff member at anytime unless they say otherwise. All division members are required to be aware of the MLG GameBattles restrictions as they are as follows: No use of Bling, One Man Army, Shotguns, any Launcher (kills streaks are always disabled when applied with these rules), Grenade Launchers, Shotgun Undercarriage Attachments, C4, Claymores, Tactical Insertion, and Riot Shield. Copy Cat must be set as Death Streak at all times.
· All Division members must have their clan tag set as aG at all times unless they have AG in their gamertag. This is necessary for AG Publicity, necessary representation of AG as the AG name is supported by multiple sponsors that are known through our name, and for member to member identification purposes.
· Local competitive division members are required to give 48 hours notice if they cannot attend a major tournament or league event to ensure that a substitution player can be found.
· Both online and local members participating in AG GameBattles are required to follow through and play in their scheduled GameBattles match if they originally said they were available to play and were there in turn scheduled. Major unexpected emergences will be excused.
· All division members must accept a game invite from any AG Staff member at anytime on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 unless they are currently playing in a GameBattles match. Chances are that invite is for private AG practice via private matches or for an online meeting.
*Breaking any of these rules at any time will result in a strike. The number of strikes a division member has is privitely recorded in a shared document among the CoD MW 2 Division Staff.
